1 working day delivery if the order is placed before 1pm.

Delivery dates and times are estimates and may be subject to delays, including delays caused by you, by the carrier, the destination’s customs office or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. They may also be affected in times of high volumes and holiday season.

SHIPPING POLICY
– All orders will aim to be dispatched within 1-2 business days, from Monday to Friday, pending availability and credit verification, using UK Mail services.
– We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If your order is placed on those days, it will not be processed until the following business day.
– We do not ship to P.O. BOX addresses.
– All customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been received and a subsequent email when the order has been dispatched.
– Make sure all your shipping details are correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped.
– We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once declared “delivered” by the delivery service.
– We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. You will need to contact the courier with your order directly.
– Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order. You will have to return your order when received (see Returns Policy section).
