General Returns Policy
It is Nikkitas policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold.
1. UNUSED GOODS
If you are unhappy with your unused purchase and wish to return it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the order number and all details, within 2 days of delivery. You will be given instructions about where to return the goods which must be made within 7 days of receiving delivery. Nikkitas will not accept returns of items where the safety seal or the closing capsule has been broken. When the goods have been received and checked, a refund will be issued within 14 days. This means that you may be contacted for details as to how we can make repayment to you. Please note that returning the goods to us is your responsibility and at your postage cost. Please read all the important conditions for any return*.
2. DAMAGED GOODS
If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit by the courier, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you first email us with photos of the damaged package at
email@example.com no later than 24h after receiving the damaged goods, following which you will then receive instructions as to how to return the damaged item(s) – this must be done within 7 days of taking delivery, along with the printed order confirmation. Please read all the important conditions for any return*.
3. INCORRECT GOODS
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of delivery and return the incorrect item to us specifying all details in writing,
within 7 days of receiving delivery. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible and charge you or refund you for the price difference between the two items. Please read all the important conditions for any return*.

* IMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR ANY RETURN:
– Nikkitas will not accept returns of items and will not refund any orders where the safety seal and/or the closing capsule has been broken. The products must be returned unused, unopened, in their original packaging with all safety seals still on, and in the same condition as you have received them.
– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– You should use a trackable shipping service and ensure that you obtain proof of posting when returning an item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive a return.
– With any return, you must include all the documents that accompanied the product – retail receipt, sales invoice or delivery note. Please note that if one of the above-mentioned documents is missing, your request cannot be fulfilled and the returned product will not be accepted.
